I want to introduce you to someone very close to me. This person is not someone I can physically point out to you, but rather, he lives inside me. He's always there, trying to hold me back and keep me from achieving my dreams.
And if I listen to him, I lose confidence, I'm afraid to try, and I think too much about what people will think or say. It's a constant battle to keep him at bay and not let him control my thoughts and actions.
